Everything inside your virtual machine is your responsibility. You have full root access and control over the software, data, and configuration within your VM.
Allonsy GmbH is not liable for any damages, data loss, or security incidents arising from the use, misuse, misconfiguration, or security vulnerabilities of software running inside your virtual machine, including but not limited to OpenClaw or any AI agent.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific uptime levels, or the preservation of data stored within virtual machines. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate applicable laws or that are used to cause harm to others or to our infrastructure.
